1 - Access to the website and use of the account.
Registration to our site may be necessary to place purchase orders from Roll Snc. Registration to our website can be carried out through the appropriate registration page or automatically with the first purchase. In the first case, the data requested are exclusively those necessary for subscribing to the newsletters. Any data which are necessary to complete a purchase shall be requested upon checkout.
Login credentials shall be sent by e-mail just after the registration. In any case, Roll Snc does not know, collect or keep login credentials, which are known and modifiable only by the user. Therefore, from the moment of creation and/or delivery of the login credentials, the account holder assumes all responsibility and risk regarding the custody of these credentials. They shall be held responsible for their preservation, making sure that the credentials remain secret and are not communicated to third parties or stolen. When the password is created automatically, it is advisable to change it upon initial access. The account holder also indemnifies Roll Snc from the consequences of any improper or illegitimate use of the account.
Roll Snc reserves the right to suspend or temporarily or permanently limit the functionality of the account if abnormal behaviour is detected or if this behaviour constitutes a violation of current legislation or applicable contractual provisions, including those contained in these general conditions. Even in the event of an account suspension or limitation, the user will always be allowed to access their personal data.
2 - Purchase procedure and prices.
The presentation of products and services on the www.roll-packaging.com website constitutes an invitation to offer.
The photos displayed are merely representative of the appearance and size of the products that can be purchased. The product may differ from the one shown. In any case, Roll Snc ensures that the supplied good is suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are usually used, and that it conforms to the description on the www.roll-packaging.com website and has the characteristics presented in the sample or model presented, guaranteeing the usual qualities and performance of an item of the same type.
Each order placed is considered as a contractual purchase proposal addressed to Roll Snc for each of the goods listed in the order summary, considered individually. The sales contract will be concluded only upon acceptance by Roll Snc after the order process phase.
The acceptance of the contractual purchase proposal by Roll Snc is discretionary and subject to the availability of the ordered goods.
Roll Snc communicates the acceptance of the order after the order process phase with a confirmation that can also be downloaded from your account.
In the event that Roll Snc does not proceed with the acceptance of the order, the same will refund the amount paid by the Customer using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase; where not possible, a different reimbursement method will be agreed.
In the case after the acceptance of the order by Roll Snc, due to unavailability of some products caused by the lack of supply by the Vendor's producers and/or suppliers or other causes not foreseeable at the time of acceptance of the order, it becomes impossible to fulfill the order, Roll Snc will cancel the order and refund the customer the price of the ordered and unavailable products.
3 - Payment conditions.
The payment conditions are those which visible and selectable in the online purchase procedure or those agreed directly with Roll Snc and indicated in the order.

4 - Taxation regime of the Customer.
If the Customer is subject to a special VAT, they cannot proceed with the purchase directly from the website, but must first contact the office by filling out the downloadable form in the download section and then requesting to be contacted again.
5 - Shipping, transport and collection on site.
In the calculation of the shipping costs on the website there is no provision for the surcharge applied by couriers for deliveries in certain areas such as smaller islands, particular difficult areas or historic centres. For these orders Roll Snc reserves the right to accept or refuse the order, therefore in this case we recommend requesting a quote before making the order.
For very large orders, it is advisable to request an offer directly from the company where other carriers can also be used. Contact us for an offer.
Purchases made at Roll Snc can also be picked up by the Customer directly (here) at Rol Snc Warehouse from the day after notification of ready goods, from Monday to Friday from 08.00-12.00 and 14.00-17.00.
6 - Shipping and return times.
Shipping times are indicated for each variant or accessory on the product page. The indication is intended in working days following the order process date and delivery will be made according to the courier's delivery times specific to the destination area.
If the product is out of stock during the order process, it will be reordered by the manufacturer and the order will be processed with the timing indicated in the order confirmation downloadable from your account.
The shipping times indicated in the order confirmation must be understood as estimated and purely indicative and are not binding for the seller. Deliveries are made during the usual working hours of the couriers in charge, to the address indicated by the Customer and in the manner specified in the order summary.
7 - Receipt and acceptance of goods and transport damage.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages actually delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document and in any case that the goods received corresponds to the ordered ones, and that the packaging is intact in all its parts, not crushed or damaged, nor compromised by atmospheric events or in any way altered.
The Customer is required to refuse the delivery of goods if they find the mismatch in the number of packages, packaging that is not intact or with obvious damage. If it is not possible to reject the goods, the discrepancy or defects found must be notified to the courier immediately and in writing by placing a written and specific reserve of control on the courier's proof of delivery indicating the reason for the reservation (i.e. " punctured packaging", "crushed packaging", "no. missing packages", etc.) keeping the proof of the disputed disputes and defects to the courier.

The acceptance of a number of incorrect packages or packaging that is not intact or with obvious damage could limit or exclude the right to compensation for any shortcomings or damage found to the purchased product.
Roll Snc recommends keeping the goods and packaging until the end of the practice. The report must be sent no later than 8 days from receipt of the goods, beyond the aforementioned terms it will not be taken into consideration, without prejudice to the provisions of Warranty art. 10 and 11. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
In case of goods rejected on delivery and/or of non-collection of the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering, the products shall be returned to Roll Snc. The latter, after verifying the actual right to reimbursement, depending on the will of the customer shall either reimburse the price of the products minus the cost of shipping, storage and return of the goods, or shall make arrangements for the new execution and the related additional shipping costs. What is provided here for the rejection of the goods cannot be understood as a means of cancelling the order and in any case is not applicable to purchases of customized and clearly personalised goods. The seller cannot be held responsible for errors in the delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order by the Customer, for any damage which may have occurred to the products after delivery to the carrier or for delays in delivery which are attributable to the carrier.
The aforementioned is not applied for deliveries made by a courier chosen and instructed by the Customer; for any complaints or damages on such deliveries, the Customer must contact their courier directly.
8 - Items not included in the current catalogue.
Items included in previous catalogues but not in the current one, if available, shall be provided at updated prices. These prices shall be communicated to the Customer by the seller before the order is finalised.
9 - Right of withdrawal (for private consumers).
Private Customers with habitual residence in the European Union can exercise the right of withdrawal, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to inform Roll Snc of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration (for example letter sent by post or e-mail). For this purpose, the withdrawal form can be used. It is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of said withdrawal period. Upon receipt of the request, Roll Snc communicates the confirmation of the withdrawal exercised by e-mail to the address indicated at the time of the order.
The Customer is required to return the goods received to the seller within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The costs of shipping and returning the goods are charged to the customer. The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and its documentation. The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential requirement for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal. Damaged or used products, even if only partially, are not replaced or reimbursed.
Roll Snc undertakes to reimburse the Customer only the sum paid for the products and transport costs relating to the least expensive delivery method available (other than collection on site), without accruing interest.
Roll Snc does not reimburse the additional services and ancillary sales costs charged in the order. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Roll Snc received notice of the Customer's decision to withdraw. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until Roll Snc has received proof that the goods have been returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase; where not possible, a different reimbursement method will be agreed.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to the supply of customized and clearly personalized goods and in the other cases provided for by law.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the customer is a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity.
10 - Warranty (only for Private Consumers with habitual residence in the European Union).
All and only the items included in the current catalogue are covered by Legal Guarantee against defects and/or manufacturing and/or quality defects for a period of two years starting from the date of delivery to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer. This warranty is given under the following mandatory conditions:
- Any complaints must be notified to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter to be sent within two years starting from the delivery of the goods and within two months from the discovery of the defect.
- Pursuant to the law, in cases where Roll Snc has recognized the applicability of the Legal Guarantee for Private Customers, the latter has the right to restore the conformity of the goods at no cost by repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible o is excessively burdensome for Roll Snc, to a reduction in the purchase price or to the termination of the contract.
- Damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use and lack of maintenance are excluded from the warranty.
11 - Warranty (for non-Private Consumers).
All and only the items included in the current catalogue are covered by a warranty against defects and/or manufacturing and/or quality defects for a period of one year starting from the date of delivery to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer. This warranty is given under the following mandatory conditions:
- Any complaints must be notified to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter to be sent within 8 days from delivery of the goods in the event of obvious defects or faults, or, in the event of hidden faults or defects, within 8 days of the relative discovery.
- In cases where Roll Snc has recognized the applicability of the Legal Guarantee for non-Private Consumers, the Customer can request at their choice a price reduction or the termination of the contract, unless this is excluded from the uses due to the defect reported. The transport costs and/or the return of the items under warranty are the sole responsibility of the seller only if they have recognised the right to the warranty and only with the carrier indicated by the seller.
- Even in cases where Roll Snc has recognized the applicability of the Legal Guarantee for non-Private Consumers, the Customer cannot initiate the actions which could compete with them, nor make the relevant exceptions, without having previously made the overdue payments, nor can they delay or suspend payments for the related expiries.
- Damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use and lack of maintenance are excluded from the warranty.
12 - Technical characteristics.
The technical characteristics, dimensions, weights, etc., indicated in this catalogue are to be considered indicative and may be changed by us during the period of validity of the catalogue, provided that the basic characteristics are not modified. Concerning the composition of electrical and electronic products and the elimination of waste from these products, the obligations linked to the organisation and financing of the recovery and treatment of these wastes are transferred to the Customer. To this effect, the Customer is assured of the recovery of the purchased product, of its treatment and its exploitation.
13 - Execution of orders.
In all cases of force majeure such as strikes, suspension of transport, shortage of stocks, etc., Roll Snc disclaims any liability with reference to non-acceptance of orders, delays or total or partial impossibility of carrying out deliveries.
Roll Snc declines all responsibility for any losses suffered, lost earnings or any other damage that is not an immediate and direct consequence of its non-fulfillment or that was not foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract.
14 - References.
Free of charge, the non-Private Consumer explicitly authorizes Roll Snc to indicate the name or company name of the customer within its online portal, reporting its identification mark in compliance with the provisions of the law. The Customer can oppose their refusal at any time by sending a written request by email to
15 - Validity of the sales conditions.
The technical specifications, prices and conditions of sale cancel and replace those previously published and are valid until the next catalogue is published.
If any clause of these general conditions of sale becomes invalid or ineffective, the aforementioned clause is considered as not affixed and it does not matter the nullity of these conditions of sale or of the contract to which they access.
16 - Jurisdiction.
The competent court for any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of the sales contract will be the Court of Como.
If the contractor is a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union, the additional protections provided for by the mandatory rules of their country of residence apply, including the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
