Plastic pallets without steel reinforcement bend under concentrated roll loads on beam racking. Wooden pallets fail audits and damage roll edges with splinters. Steel pallets cost three times more and need anti-corrosion treatment in humid environments.
What the warehouse manager actually needs is a pallet rated for rack storage, hygienic, multi-cycle, and at a price that scales across 200-500 units.

LO02 — Single-piece HDPE pallet with 3 sealed steel bars. Rack-compatible up to 1800 kg. Hygienic 5/5.
The strongest 800x1200 pallet on the market for rack storage. Two reinforced steel runners prevent bending under concentrated loads, a critical issue for roll pallets. The metal support also protects pallet feet from rack damage. Handles 1, 2 or 3 rolls.
