Roll Storage on Racks

Roll storage on racks means placing a palletised roll on the two beams of a pallet rack, with nothing under the middle of the pallet. A roll is a concentrated load: a pallet made for the floor can bend between the beams. The pallet has to be chosen for the rack, not only for the roll.

This collection groups the ROLL products used for that job: roll cradle pallets for rack storage such as RCV69, RCV49 and the steel-reinforced LO02, reinforced plastic pallets (PP69, PPH1), cradle adapters and wedge kits that turn a flat pallet into a roll pallet, KU04 wedges, and the foldable metal stillages HA160 and HA210 with their reinforcing bars. Before ordering, check the racking load on each product sheet against your roll weight and beam span.
