Q: Are these pallets compatible with my warehouse racking?
A: Yes — our rack-resistant series is engineered with reinforced runners and tested before release and in real customer warehouses across the EU. Send us your racking dimensions and we'll confirm compatibility before any order.

Q: What's the maximum static and dynamic load?
A: It depends on the model. The RCV69 supports up to 1500 kg dynamic load on a 2-beam rack span. Full datasheet available on request for any reference in the series.

Q: Do I need to strap the roll on the pallet?
A: For most materials, no. The cradle profile holds the roll in place without additional straps. For very high-density or unbalanced rolls, we recommend a single horizontal strap during transport.

Q: Are they compatible with AGV systems?
A: Yes. Standard 800×1200 mm and 1200×1000 mm footprints make them compatible with most AGV interfaces. Contact us for custom specifications if your AGV requires non-standard pallet dimensions.

Q: Can I test before buying?
A: A trial supply can be discussed. Tell us the model and your operating conditions and we will propose how to test it in your warehouse before a larger order.
