Heavy-duty plastic pallets are flat industrial pallets in reinforced plastic, made for warehouses where wooden pallets wear out, splinter or fail hygiene checks. ROLL supplies them in the three sizes most used in Europe: 800×1200 mm (Euro), 1200×1000 mm (industrial) and 800×600 mm (half pallet).

How to choose
Racking: for beam racking choose a steel-reinforced model (PP69 or PP69-100); load values for each configuration are on the product page. Hygiene: in food and pharma areas choose a pallet with a closed deck and closed runners (PPH1, PPH2), which can be washed and does not hold dirt. Export: plastic pallets are outside the ISPM-15 treatment rules that apply to wood.
