What PPH2 is

PPH2 — Compact hygienic plastic pallet. Selected for clean intensive use, smaller format.

PPH2 is half the size of a PPH1 pallet and delivers the same closed-runner benefits in a compact 800x600 mm format. With 2-way entry it is the ideal XS pallet base for moulded COMBO saddles and compact roll-handling applications.

Why it works

Two static ratings, not one. 2000 kg with the load evenly distributed, 500 kg with a roll resting on a ROLL cradle. If you handle reels, the second figure is the one that applies — a load concentrated on a contact line is a different job from a distributed one.

Multi-cycle durability. Designed for years of warehouse service, not weeks. Single-piece construction (or sealed-steel-bar construction) eliminates failure points typical of multi-part pallets.

Technical specifications

Two static ratings, two different tests. The distributed figure comes from the standard test, with the load spread over the whole deck. The roll figure applies when a reel rests on a ROLL cradle, which concentrates the load along a contact line. Neither value is a racking or a dynamic rating.
