What PPH1 is

PPH1 — Hygienic H1 plastic pallet with closed runners. Selected for clean intensive use. 1500 kg with a roll on a ROLL cradle, 5000 kg evenly distributed.

PPH1 combines the strength and standard design of H1 pallets with high-grade post-industrial recycled PP. Unlike standard H1 models it has no central prism and no rims, while closed runners with welded bases add hygiene and durability. A perfect base for Coverto solutions.

Why it works

Two static ratings, not one. 5000 kg with the load evenly distributed, 1500 kg with a roll resting on a ROLL cradle. If you handle reels, the second figure is the one that applies — a load concentrated on a contact line is a different job from a distributed one.

Two static ratings, two different tests. The distributed figure comes from the standard test, with the load spread over the whole deck. The roll figure applies when a reel rests on a ROLL cradle, which concentrates the load along a contact line. Neither value is a racking or a dynamic rating.
