Metal Rack Pallets for Rolls

Metal rack pallets, also called roll storage racks or metal stillages, are steel structures designed for two specific roll-handling needs: suspending the roll away from a flat surface, and stacking rolls horizontally in modular cells. Load capacity up to 1.2 tons per roll.

Suspension protects rolls of sensitive materials — technical film, paper, textiles, light-gauge metals — from compression marks, flat spots and edge damage that occur when the roll rests on its own weight.

Vertical stacking creates modular warehouse density: one rack per roll, stacked 2 to 4 levels high. The empty rack folds for cost-efficient return logistics, enabling closed-loop shipping between supplier and customer.
