Vertical Stacking of Rolls

Vertical stacking of rolls means storing or shipping rolls on several levels without fixed shelving. Rolls stacked directly on each other crush cores and mark edges: the load of the upper level has to pass through a support, not through the roll below.

This collection covers three ways to do it. The foldable metal stillages HA160 and HA210 stack on each other with the roll inside and fold flat for the return trip; reinforcing bars are available. Cardboard cradle bases and interlayers (PC series, for two to six rolls from Ø 160 to 580 mm) build layers of small rolls on a pallet. Large end walls (FL-04 to FL-07) carry the roll by the core and give a flat face for stacking. The number of levels depends on the roll weight: ask before you stack.
