ROLL is a small company by choice. Five people, each in charge of a clear role, each accountable for the work they do. There are no layers between you and the people who design, produce, ship, and invoice your order. This is not a tagline. It is how we operate every day.

Founder & CEO Sergio Pini"If ROLL were a human body, Sergio would be the brain." Sergio is the visionary founder of ROLL. A graduate in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, he has held technical and commercial roles in major packaging companies for more than 25 years. He wanted to be an inventor as a child — and in his own way, he became one. The patents and innovations of ROLL come from his mix of creativity, technical knowledge, and field experience. |

Sales & Commercial Luca Vendramin"If ROLL were a human body, Luca would be the arms." Luca has been the operating soul of ROLL for years. An engineer by training, he manages the daily flow of orders and resolves the issues that come up along the way. He does this with kindness and a spirit of cooperation. Customers know that with Luca, every request is welcomed, every answer is polite and professional, and the technical knowledge of the sector is at the highest level. |
