The problem
Some rolls arrive with core end caps already installed. Standard flanges with integrated plugs interfere with the existing caps. Wooden alternatives don't fit.
The no-plug flange variant covers exactly this gap: open 6" hole that fits over existing end caps, full structural strength, stacking flaps to build vertical pallet configurations.
What FL-06S-152 is
FL-06S-152 — FL06 without plug (open 6" hole). For cores already equipped with end caps. With flaps.
Flange for rolls up to 800 mm outer diameter, with 6-inch plug hole and stacking wings for 1+1 configuration. Ideal for suspended storage of heavy rolls without ground contact. Made from recycled material for excellent durability and reusability.
