Dispatch. Each product page shows its lead time: in-stock items ship in 5–7 working days; made-to-order items typically in 15–17 working days; built-to-order items typically in 8 weeks. Lead times refer to dispatch from our warehouse (ex-works Bernate Ticino, Italy), not to delivery.
Transit. Orders travel by groupage road freight on pallets. Transit time depends on destination and is not included in the lead time — groupage delivery may add several working days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination country and number of pallets.
Pickup. Free ex-works pickup at our warehouse (Bernate Ticino, MI, Italy) is always available at checkout.
