Roll warehouses fill up faster than expected. The standard answer is to build fixed steel shelving — but that requires planning permission, structural engineering, capital investment, and months of disruption. And if your business shifts in 5 years, you're stuck with shelving that no longer fits.

The alternative most companies don't know exists: modular vertical stacking with foldable steel rack pallets. Each pallet stacks on the one below. The whole tower can be built and dismantled by a forklift, in any aisle, on any concrete floor. When you ship a load to a customer, the racks travel with the rolls. When they come back empty, they fold flat and consume one-tenth the return volume.

Q: How many levels can be safely stacked?
A: Up to 4 levels for our standard HA series with a typical roll weight of 1000 kg per level. Higher stacking is possible with reinforced models. Send us your roll weight and we'll confirm safe stacking height for your case.

Q: What is the return logistics workflow?
A: The rack pallet ships full with the roll inside. At destination, the customer unloads the roll and folds the empty rack flat (volume reduction approximately 1:6). The flat racks ship back to your warehouse, typically 8-12 units per EUR pallet position. No special equipment needed for folding.

Q: How do they integrate with existing forklift fleets?
A: All rack pallet models match EUR pallet footprints (800×1200 mm and 1200×1000 mm). Standard 4-way forklift and pallet jack entry. No retraining for operators.

Q: Are these reusable indefinitely?
A: With normal industrial use, expected service life is 10+ years and 100+ shipping cycles. Hot-dip galvanized models extend service life beyond 15 years even in humid environments.
