The problem
Stacking rolls multi-level on a single pallet has historically meant wooden battens nailed by hand. The result is unstable, takes operator time, generates dust, and the wood is mostly thrown away after one cycle.
Cardboard interlayer cradles solve the safety and recyclability problem. The interlayer separates roll levels — every cradle has to lock the rolls in place and bear the load of the rolls above.
What PC03-300I is
PC03-300I — Cardboard interlayer for 3-roll stacking. Roll diameter 300-316 mm. Combine with PC03-300B.
Cardboard saddles and bases made by bonding corrugated board strips with vertical flute orientation for exceptional strength. Designed for heavy rolls, they enable safe multi-level stacking, space optimization, nail-free packaging and 100% recyclability.
Dimensions: 950×85×90 mm. Weight per unit: 0.845 kg. Material: Cardboard.
Why it works
Vertical flute strength. Corrugated cardboard with vertical flute orientation gives column strength dramatically higher than horizontal flute. Tested for column loads up to 500 kg.
Multi-level stacking. Combine base + interlayers to build stable multi-roll pallet configurations. Maximizes warehouse and truck volume utilization.
100% recyclable. Pure cardboard, no nails, no adhesives that contaminate paper recycling streams. No ISPM 15 treatment required for export.
