The problem
Securing rolls on a flat pallet has always meant the same three steps: position the roll, hammer wooden wedges, accept the noise and the splinters.
This works but generates four daily problems: nails injure operators, wood absorbs humidity and splits, ISPM 15 treatment is mandatory for export, and wedge position can't be adjusted without rebuilding the whole setup.
What's needed is a wedge kit that fits any pallet, repositions in seconds, and replaces wood and nails for good.
What SB01 is
SB01 — Smart kit for any pallet. Adjustable wedges (570 mm) + rubber mat. Easy loading, repositioning.
This kit includes 3 components: one heavy-duty 8 mm rubber mat and two KU04-570 wedges with rubber pads. The mat fits any wood or plastic pallet, creating a protective surface for rolls. Rubber maximizes wedge grip, allowing easy repositioning and secure fixing in any position. Rolls can be loaded by rolling, eliminating unsafe wood and nail solutions.

Why it works
Wedge repositioning. Adjustable wedge position fits any roll diameter without rebuilding the setup. Load the roll, slide the wedges to position, done.
Rubber grip system. Heavy-duty rubber mat under the wedges. Roll weight maximises friction. No nails, no staples, no operator injuries.
Replaces wood for good. Reusable kit eliminates wooden wedges, ISPM 15 treatment, and the daily noise of hammering.

A: Yes, on standard 800×1200 mm pallets — wood, plastic, or composite. The transformer is designed to lock on top without modification.
Q: Is the pallet underneath still usable for flat loads?
A: Yes. SB01 sits on top without screws or modifications. Remove it and the flat pallet returns to general flat-pallet duty.
