Storing rolls horizontally on the warehouse floor wastes space. Stacking them risks edge damage. Suspending them on hand-built wooden flanges generates dust and lasts a few months.
What's needed is a plastic flange system: light to handle, strong enough to support heavy rolls suspended off the ground, stackable for vertical density, and reusable for years.
What FL-01-152 is
FL-01-152 — Lightweight 330×330 plastic flange. 6-inch plug (152 mm). Up to 330 mm roll diameter, 150 kg per pair.
Smallest flange model for rolls up to 330 mm diameter, with 76 or 152 mm core fit. Ideal for suspended storage without ground contact, even with heavy rolls. Stackable locking design ensures easy handling, while recycled material provides strength and reusability.
