The problem
Roll edges are delicate. Rigid plastic cradles work for robust materials, but under concentrated weight they damage the first layer of film, paper or aluminium.
Cardboard cradles solve the damage problem but last only one or two cycles. Polyurethane foam works once and then breaks down. Until ROLL COMBO there was no clean middle ground.
What is needed is a cradle that combines softness at the roll surface with industrial durability over hundreds of cycles.
What CO02-W is
CO02-W — CO01-W design adapted for handling 1 or 2 rolls. Polyurea-coated, customisable shape.
The combination of high-density expanded polystyrene and a polyurea coating creates the patented COMBO solution. The saddle sits directly on a wooden pallet and is locked by two bottom pins. It provides a stable roll rest with a gentler contact surface than rigid plastic and can be customised for specific applications. This version carries 2 rolls on the 1200 mm side, or 1 large roll.

A: Yes, on standard 800×1200 mm pallets — wood, plastic or composite. The insert is designed to sit on top without any modification.
Q: Is the pallet underneath still usable for flat loads?
A: Yes. CO02-W sits on top, with no screws and no modification. Remove it and the flat pallet returns to its general use as a flat pallet.
