The problem
Stacking rolls multi-level on a single pallet has historically meant wooden battens nailed by hand. The result is unstable, takes operator time, generates dust, and the wood is mostly thrown away after one cycle.
Cardboard interlayer cradles solve the safety and recyclability problem. The base layer is the foundation of the whole pack — it has to carry the column load of every roll above it.
What PC02-500B is
PC02-500B — Cardboard base for 2-roll stacking. Roll diameter 480-500 mm. 500 kg column load.
Cardboard saddles and bases made by bonding corrugated board strips with vertical flute orientation for exceptional strength. Designed for heavy rolls, they enable safe multi-level stacking, space optimization, nail-free packaging and 100% recyclability.
Dimensions: 1000×90×140 mm. Weight per unit: 1.275 kg. Material: Cardboard.
Why it works
Vertical flute strength. Corrugated cardboard with vertical flute orientation gives column strength dramatically higher than horizontal flute. Tested for column loads up to 500 kg.
Multi-level stacking. Combine base + interlayers to build stable multi-roll pallet configurations. Maximizes warehouse and truck volume utilization.
100% recyclable. Pure cardboard, no nails, no adhesives that contaminate paper recycling streams. No ISPM 15 treatment required for export.
