RECYCLO strips the residual film, paper, foil or laminate off end-of-life reels and releases the inner core intact. The core goes back into use. The material leaves clean, in a single resin stream, ready for recycling.

The hidden cost at the end of every reel

End-of-reel handling is slow, unsafe and low-value. A utility knife is dangerous. A guillotine breaks the core, so the tube cannot be reused. An unwinder is slow and never separates the material. The core — a re-buyable asset — is destroyed, and the residual material stays contaminated, so it cannot enter a clean recycling stream. RECYCLO removes all three problems in one machine.

Three steps

Load. The operator clamps one or more reels onto the electric clamp. Up to 600 mm diameter, 1,500 mm length, 150 kg per reel. Cores from 76 mm to 304 mm.

Set up. Two values on the 7-inch touch screen: core wall thickness and cut depth. Reel length and diameter are read automatically.

Unload. The blade cuts the material lengthways at 0.3 m/s and stops at the set depth. The material drops onto a removable carriage as a clean, recyclable fraction. The core comes out intact.

RECYCLO is fully guarded and CE-compliant. The blade is enclosed and is never handled by hand.

Are larger versions available?
