Standard pallets don't fit every roll. Long master rolls, oversized winder reels, paper jumbo rolls — none of these sit safely on a 800×1200 Euro pallet.
The alternative is custom wooden cradles built every shift, taking 30 minutes per roll, generating dust and splinters. Or oversized steel frames that don't fit racking and rust in humidity.
What's needed is a modular roll pallet system — extendable to fit any roll length, reinforced with steel bars, made for industrial cycling.
What RM03 is
RM03 — Long-format XL pallet from RM01 with 3 modules and steel bars. 800×2220 mm, up to 2500 kg.
Starting from the RM01 design, this XL pallet combines three modules through 4 metal reinforcements and integrated aluminum connectors, reaching 800x2220 mm. The strongest XL roll pallet in the range, tested for heavy rolls up to 2500 kg.
